The Social Security Institute announced on Thursday that, starting in January 2025, the envelope used to send postal orders will be in the format of a standardized envelope.
According to the explanation shared by Social Security on the social network Facebook, "in this envelope, a letter will be sent, from which the postal order for payment of the pension or social benefit must be detached".
Despite this change, the process of collecting the postal order remains unchanged. It can still be collected at any CTT/CTT Point Store or deposited into a bank account, as usual.
