You can now apply for the survivor's pension and the allowance for the loss of a family member online.
According to a post on social network X (formerly Twitter), the Social Security Institute (ISS) announced that it is now possible to request two more supports through Segurança Social Direta.
At issue is the survivors' pension and bereavement benefit, which you can now apply for online.
"Now you can make your request for survivor's pension or subsidy for loss of a family member through Segurança Social Direta," reads the publication.

But, in short, you can make the order following these steps:
After authenticating in the Social Security Direct:
Access menu Pensions > Pensions and Simulators;
Death Benefits.
Note that this is a measure that arises following the 'Click' - the Digital Transition Program of Social Security under the PRR.
